The BEMER PEMF Mat
The BEMER offers the best documented benefits in PEMF therapy.

How to Use the Body Mat:
Switch the unit on with the power button, and the control unit will warm up in about 30 seconds.
For the B.Body mat plugged into port A1, select the Intensity button.
Select Intensity Level 1. Level 1 or Level 2 are appropriate to activate the parasympathetic nervous system.
On subsequent days, if you want to explore your body's response to higher intensity settings, limit your increase to 1 level per day so you can observe your body's response for a day. Higher settings can initially release enough toxins from storage to interfere with sleep that night, or trigger other cleansing reactions.
Click the Plus button to turn off the Plus stimulation feature. If you wish to use the Plus, limit it to use early in the day.
Click the start button, and the Body Mat icon will flash while the program runs. There will also be an on-screen countdown timer to show the time remaining in the session.
The unit will beep at the end of the 8-minute session.
How to Use the Pad:
Once you get the Body mat session started, you can also turn on the B.Pad for localized therapy at the same time.
You can wrap the Pad around the target area of the body, or run it along an area such as the legs or the spine.
For the head area, including the eyes, such as the crystalline lens, you can wrap the Pad over the top of the head and down the sides of the head.
If you will be using the Pad on the head area, start by clicking the Set button to enter the Settings menu.
Select the Down Arrow setting, so that the intensity of the Pad is the same as that of the Body mat. Otherwise, on the default Up Arrow setting, the Intensities are double, which we prefer to avoid in the sensitive head area.
Select Port A2 to set the controls for the Pad if it is plugged into that port.
Select Intensity and set to Level 1.
Select Plus to turn off the Plus stimulation feature, especially in the head area at any time and for use anywhere later in the day.
Select the Start button and the Pad icon will flash while the program runs. There will also be an on-screen countdown timer to show the time remaining in the Pad session.
The unit will beep at the end of the 8-minute session.
