Under normal conditions people react to a threat with a temporary increase in their stress hormones. As soon as the threat is over, the hormones dissipate and the body returns to normal. For many years as a health practitioner, patients' issues with sleep quality were among the most challenging to overcome in order to optimize their healing capacity.


Now we have developed Sleep Therapy protocols that resolve these issues rapidly in all but the most unusual cases.


A first step in every case is to ensure that the sleep environment is energetically peaceful by eliminating as many technical EMF sources as possible.


That means leaving in Airplane Mode all night, and preferably out of the bedroom.


WiFi should be replaced with a wired internet in the home and office, and in the meantime at least turned off during sleep hours at a minimum.


Also, replace cordless phone systems with corded phones.


Reduction of sensitivity to EMF by removing heavy metal burdens in the body is also crucial for those whose health is already impaired.
